The Susquehanna Valley Shutterbugs 16th Annual Juried Show registration page is now available. Please read the Juried Show Rules carefully and then use the online Entry Form to register up to four (4) photographs. Registration ends at noon on Saturday, April 21 and registration will only be taken online. Photos may be dropped off, along with the $10 registration fee per photo for members or $15 for non-members (half-off for students), on either Monday, April 23 from 5:00 - 7:00 pm or on Saturday, April 28 from 10:00 am - 1:00 pm. No entries will be accepted after 1:00 pm on Saturday, April 28.
Judging will take place on Saturday, April 28 beginning at 1:30 pm and the photographs that are selected to be in the show will be hung for display in the Taber Museum in Williamsport. All photographers will be notified as to whether their photographs have been selected for display or eliminated from the show on that same day however the winners will not be announced until the show opening. Photographs not accepted for display may be picked up on Sunday, April 29 from 1:00 - 4:00 pm or on Saturday, May 5 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. This is the one of three annual photo exhibits put on by the Susquehanna Valley Shutterbugs, but it is the ONLY one that has cash prizes. The first place winner gets $500, second place $250, third place $125, three honorable mentions at $75 each and the judge's choice prize of $50. In addition, the public will get a chance to vote for their top five (5) favorite photographs at the show opening and ribbons will be awarded for first, second and third based on these votes.
