I hope that everyone had a good summer! I just wanted to share some of the news from the Susquehanna Valley Shutterbugs and let you know about some things that are coming up this fall.
Registration is currently open for our 4th Annual Members' Only Black & White Photo Show. The rules and a link to the online registration can be found by clicking here. Registration must be completed by noon on Friday, September 20th. Photo drop-offs are on Monday, Sept 23 from 5-6 pm and on Sunday, Sept 29 from 1-3 pm.
Monday, September 23rd is the date of our first monthly meeting of the fall. The meeting will start at 6 pm at the Taber Museum in downtown Williamsport. Please bring your camera and camera's manual to the meeting. The program for this meeting will be a slideshow of the club members' summer scavenger hunt photos.
First Friday (October 4th) is the date of the wine and cheese reception for the opening of the Black & White Photo show starting at 6 pm. Please consider coming out to support the club and see the wonderful photos that will be on display. You'll have a chance to vote for your favorite photos that night.
The other two monthly meetings for the fall will be held on October 28th and November 25th both at 6 pm at the Taber Museum. Program topics will be announced. Please mark your calendars. There will be no monthly meeting in December, but the club will have a holiday dinner at a local restaurant (date and time to be announced).
Thank you for your support of the Shutterbugs!
