School’s out for summer….well may not. My daughter is in summer school and with our next meeting we begin our split tracks, which I trust will be educational for all. With either track, you are part of be sure to bring your camera.
The beginner track will be for those new to photography or those who need some review. This month, I will be going over the basics of the exposure; shutter speed, aperture and ISO. We will meet in the Community Room where we normally meet.
The experienced track will be led by Bob and Tom, ….sounds like a morning show.... :) They request you bring at least one lens, preferably a normal zoom 28-80, 24-70, 24-120, 18-xxx on a crop sensor body. Also bring a tripod and light modifier(s) if you have them.
To take advantage of the available light, we are going to reverse the order of the meeting. The two tracks will begin at 7 and we will hold the business meeting at 8:30.
The summer picnic and Foto Faire will be held on July 14th at my place. The Foto Faire will be a hands on photo event and more details will be coming. In addition to your camera bring a chair, something to share and your favorite beverage.
